A New York resident was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Bangor, Maine, for drug trafficking offenses involving heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine base.
Oscarlin Peguero Ortiz, 27, received a sentence of 30 months in prison and three years of supervised release from U.S. District Judge Stacey D. Neumann. Ortiz had entered a guilty plea on July 23, 2025.
