Maine Bankruptcy Court schedules ECF system upgrade and temporary outage

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine has announced that its Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system will be offline from 7:00 PM on Friday, March 27 until 7:00 AM on Monday, March 30. The downtime is required to perform an upgrade to the ECF software.

In a statement, court officials said, “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will send out notification if the system is back online before 7:00 AM March 30.”

The court’s ECF system is used by attorneys and parties involved in bankruptcy cases to file documents electronically. Users are advised to plan accordingly during the scheduled outage period.
